Experience magnificent Gulf views from almost every room of this stacked duplex. Built in 2018, this property has many high-end finishes, and is modern coastal living at its finest. The property has yards of PRIVATE beachfront on the Gulf, and lots of nesting sea turtles.
This property is non-smoking - no smoking on the deck, at the ground floor seating area or on the private beach. The property line extends to the high-water mark on the beach. If you or a member of your party is a smoker, this property is not for you.
Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor, one story above ground-level. From the large balcony that spans the width of the house there are unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico where you'll be mesmerized by beautiful sunsets. You'll see dolphins swimming by and other wildlife, maybe even a manatee.
The living, dining and kitchen areas are 'open concept' with a vaulted ceiling. The living room has leather couches and a lounge chair, seating for at least 7 people. On the wall is a curved TV with cable channels, and of course free Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large wooden table with seating for 6 and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all appliances are brand-new, including a stackable washer & dryer.
The bedding is king-size in the master suite with a walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, second guest has a queen bed with a twin bunkbed above it. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.
The property is located near the south end of Manasota Key, close enough to walk to Stump Pass State Park.
PLEASE NOTE: The Manasota Key area is undergoing major restoration.

We had a wonderful time at this property the house was beautiful and the beach was too, we loved it and can’t wait to come back again.

The house was in good shape and we had a good time, despite the damage to the surrounding areas from Milton. The bikes and other beach items were gone. There were some chairs, sand toys and boogie boards that we could use. But the stuff shown in the listing was gone. The area was not super busy because of all the repairs going on, so that was nice. Weather was really good. For those who wonder, the beach is really shelly. There are some sandy areas, but lots and lots of shells, which is good if you want to search for cool shells. Stump pass park is closed and the gulf cut through the part just a bit after where the parking lot is. So, you can't get to the end by walking, you'd have to take a boat to reach the normal end. But, you can walk the beach along stump pass until you get to where the water cut through. Overall, we were very happy with the location and the property.

Spent a week at this property. It was a great time for our family. Being on the beach with a deck was fantastic. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

You cannot go wrong selecting this property for vacation or getaway! Location on private residential beach was perfect. Views of gulf and sunsets are spectacular! Unit is up-to-date, clean, and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Full width balcony is great! This was our second time and we'll definitely be back.
