CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.
EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.
MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.
MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

This is our second stay at this house and 3rd on Manasota Key in a year. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and perfect spot near Stump Pass I highly recommend this house. On top of that I must say how awesome the host is. My AC went out unfortunately on my first day (Saturday) and was out for 24hrs. The host had someone there on Sunday the day before Memorial Day and it was fixed as fast as possible. Between great communication from the host and the beautiful location this is definitely my favorite spot. Thanks Andrew!

We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here.

This property has a prime location and potential to be amazing. Smelled great and was very clean. We were disappointed that current pictures with the beach theme decor and furniture did not match the current hodge podge of random decor or furniture currently in the rental. Also expected an actual beach front balcony but this rental only has a very small side deck facing the neighboring home with minimal gulf views down the public access strip. Overall, the location and cleanliness makes this place worth it but would have appreciated for the home to be properly represented with current pictures and a more detailed description of the outside area.
