**This beachfront townhouse is multi-level and features a circular staircase and open balconies. Guests acknowledge these features are inherent to the design of the home and accept full responsibility for their use. Children must be closely supervised at all times. No baby/toddler safety equipment (gates, cribs, drawer locks) is provided. The property may not be suitable for children under 6 or guests with mobility concerns.

This property is located in a coastal area subject to seasonal weather patterns, including tropical storms (June–October) and occasional red tide. Storm-related determinations are based on guidance from the National Hurricane Center and local authorities.
If the property falls within the forecast cone of uncertainty for a named storm prior to arrival, guests may cancel for a full refund of all payments made
If a named storm is forecasted by the National Hurricane Center to affect the area during a stay, the owner may require early departure prior to evacuation conditions to allow for safer travel; prorated refunds will be provided for unused nights

Red Tide is a naturally occurring environmental condition that varies in timing and severity.

Highly recommend Englewood Beach and this property in particular. This three story unit with spiral staircase has a king bedroom with bathroom on each floor. Everything was well equipped and maintained and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. The pool and boat slip are a bonus. Wonderful beach and beautiful sunsets - hopefully you'll catch sight of a dolphin.

A charming beach space that feels like a home away from home. Very clean and well set up. The fully stocked kitchen was a nice surprise. Three levels of space each with a view. Was an amazing space for a family of six. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay and Dee was easy to be in contact with if needed. We have this location on the “return to” list. If you need low key and relaxing without a lot of noise and traffic, this is the place.

Amazing view! The condo had everything we needed, and is very clean, and has comfortable beds, Dee is very nice and made sure we had all we needed. I could go on an on about this place! 10 out of 10!
