A Place @ The Beach V ( A- #105) is cozy coastal nostalgia. Interior breezeways and entry level ease of a first floor unit will make everyone happy. Nicely kept condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is oceanside with access to the deck and window views overlooking the pool area. The master has a nicely remodeled private bath with beautiful walk-in shower. The guest room is twins with access to use the shared hall tub/shower combination. With, two bathrooms it's convenient for parents to utilize there own bathroom separate from the kids. The family room has a wall of windows for sunny views or enjoy tv time when the sun goes down. There is also a large corner desk and chair if you need to get a little work done during your stay. Beautiful new kitchen cabinetry, appliances and sleek granite and tile backsplash will make cooking a pleasure even though you are on vacation. The kitchen has 3 bar stools for breakfast and also has a table for dining. Right outside your back sliding door is a covered deck with chairs where you can overlook the pool and see the white caps of the Atlantic ocean.

Enjoy all the outdoor amenities of home; by the pool area there are grills for barbequing and picnic tables to have a beachside family picnic. Just beyond the dunes, only steps down the beach path, enjoy fantastic days in the sun. Guests are welcome to use any of the beach supplies in the unit.

Your reservation includes bed and bath linens as well as your departure cleaning. The beds will be freshly made upon arrival. Guests receive a "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things your need.


In the immediate area, "Shore Drive" offers local casual entertainment, bars, live music and the famous "Ocean Annie's" on the beach, Flip Flops, Harry the Hats, all located within minutes. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Outlets, Walmart, Kroger (grocery) stores, just to mention a few. Enjoy the many sites, attractions, golf and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, located just minutes away in North Myrtle beach. Or head South, 10 minutes, and enjoy Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball, Wonder Works, Ripley's aquarium, Myrtle Waves waterpark, helicopter rides, go-cart race tracks and much, much more.
