Let the sun shine down in this beautiful fourth-floor three-bedroom oceanfront condo featuring a skylight and fantastic views of the beach. The modern beach decor features updates including black granite counter-tops, new tile in bathrooms and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Pelicans Landing 402 sleeps eight people with three queen beds and one queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional features include a washer/dryer, wet-bar area, 3 TV's.

This is our second year returning, we enjoyed everything. The condo has everything you need, home away from home. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach with a beautiful view. Close to restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend the outlet mall & Broadway. The condo was nice & has everything you could possibly need just like home. Can't wait until next year!

Prefect location..across the street from the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants, shops and activities. I will be back next year

Took a while to check in, not a huge deal but with 2 children confined to a car for 4 hours every minute counts. The unit was pretty close to its advertisement, if you exclude the bedroom door whose top hinge had come off the frame, had to wear shoes the entire time due to the sandy floor, but other than that no issues.
