Amazing location! We loved our stay in this condo. The location is amazing! It’s so nice being on the island and not have to contend with traffic to get to the beach. We loved how updated the condo was. The pool was really nice and was close to this unit. We all rated the condo a 10/10. We will definitely come back to the island and will see if this unit is available when we do.

They said there would be a grill but the grill was so rusted over that we could not use it.

The kitchen is really nice and comfortable beds. Whole place is pretty clean, not spotless but acceptable. There is covered parking which is nice. The couches were leather. There were enough supplies provided to last 5 days. Theres a wagon, beach towels, and chairs provided as well.
The walk to the gulf front beach is super quick less than 5 minutes with gear. Couldnt ask to be much closer than that. Beach was not crowded at all! The bay side and pool are just one unit between. The complex is undergoing construction so there were workers and machinery present with lots of areas of the ground being dug up. It seems as if the porches are all rotting wood and being held up by temporary metal poles at the whole complex. It looks rough from the outside. Also, my daughter said she saw roaches present outside at night that run under the house cracks when someone approaches. We never saw any inside the house but thinking they are around was very unnerving.
