Please Note: There is no elevator at complex. There are 2 flights of stairs to get up to unit along with a flight of stairs inside unit.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: Outside seating area and on front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Really enjoyed this rental. You could tell it was newly decorated. All of the furnishings and decor matched and looked new. The unit doesn't face the water but the property is on the Sound side. We had a great time watching the crabs and wade fishing for the little Sheepshead. They loved the dead shrimp. A few suggestions....add a hair dryer and at least one cooking pot and one skillet. Love the curtains in the primary bedroom but they dont offer privacy from the shared balcony. Thankfully the unit next door was vacant so we didnt have to worry about people peering in at is while we slept. Thanks to the host for a great stay!

This was a nice clean condo with very good air conditioning and plenty of room and space and it was very clean. There were plenty of towels and small things you might need during your stay. A few things were in disrepair, but overall we loved our stay and we would go back

Positives: great beds, plenty of towels, spacious. Negatives. Internet didn't work most of the time. Need a table on bottom deck and furniture on top deck.

Location near the beach, easy parking at the unit, and an outdoor shower were big positives. The amount of space and layout of rooms was excellent. Lots of towels were supplied. On the other hand, there were no kitchen amenities like salt and pepper or coffee filters. . There was beach sand on the floor when we arrived ans the handles on the refrigerator and one of the cabinets were broken off. There were not enough mirrors, not one full length mirror. The master bedroim curtains were sheer, so we woke up with the sun.
