Welcome to our slice of paradise. You'll be charmed by this updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom multi-level townhouse condo. Nestled in the Boardwalk community on the sound side, it boasts one of Pensacola Beach's most expansive private white-sand beaches.
Proximity to both the bay and gulf is a highlight of this unit. The second level offers a beautifully appointed kitchen complete with dining area and wine refrigerator. A spacious living room with a plush sofa invites relaxation. This level also includes a convenient half bath and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The third level is home to two generously sized bedrooms, each featuring its own private full bathroom and an open deck. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. This unit is an ideal retreat for relaxation and sunbathing. On the ground level, you'll find a separate storage closet and a covered area for entertainment, complete with beach chairs, an umbrella, grill, surfboard, spike ball, and cornhole for endless fun.

Property manager was very friendly, communicative and quick to respond. Condo was lovely! Beds were extremely comfortable. Beach on each side…very short walk. Boardwalk less than 10 minute drive. We absolutely loved our stay and will book again if we find ourselves back in Pensacola! Wish I could offer a higher rating!
