With a full kitchen for meal preparation, this unit is great for making mealtime memories! For your convenience, there’s a washer and dryer along with complimentary Wifi, cable, smart TVs, community charcoal grills, and a community pool. Had a great time. Maintenance around the property was lacking. Stayed on property 2 years ago and things were kept up . Our place was nice but could be up dated . Needs new pots and pans very beat up. Also the thermostat was messed up. Was extremely hot at night then would get cold at times during the day. Would stay again but would try different apartment.

This complex is nice. There isn't a bad view from any balcony. Like location and parking. Quiet.
Our unit however was very tired. Need to dust ALL surfaces. There are loose tiles. The one in front of sink caught a few times and pinched my foot. The tv in living room was only useful if you had dvds. The hooks are broken in both bathrooms. The toilet in front bathroom doesn't flush well. The kitchen pots pans, skillets bowls were a jumbled mess. Unit , we think below us, had smokers-both cigarette and weed which is difficult to police for sure.
This unit has lots of potential if fixed up. Definitely NOT worth the money we paid.
