Have beautiful Views of the Bay and the Ocean? Come stay in our beautiful 2 bedroom condo on top floor of this water front unit. Nice Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 assigned parking spots at the base of the steps, washer and dryer in unit, awesome deck to view the evening sunsets, tieoff buoy inbay, complex pool & more. Watch the Blue Angels on Sunday at beach in evening. Tues/wed practice days in the mornings. Experience some great fishing, or Try Peg Leg Petes restaurant just few minute walk from condo. Access the Bay Waters or the Gulf waters from the complex, we have a great pool and kids love feeding the ducks in the complex ponds, or enjoy the great white sands and bright blue water. very relaxing and not the busy busy resort atmosphere. Yes there are a lot of stairs. Yes we ended up driving to the beach because we had so much stuff to haul. But the view from the balcony was beautiful- amazing sunsets every night. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and very quiet. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice, clean space with pretty views of the bay. It’s located on the third floor and there are more steps than I had anticipated but overall a great stay. The Gulf side beach close to the property wasn’t too crowded.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and there were several things we really liked. The condo has a beautiful view, tasteful decor, great amenities, nice appliances, and plenty of space for our group.
There were, however, a few issues that impacted our experience — I hate having to leave any kind of negative review. We repeatedly set the Nest thermostat to 70°, but it would automatically increase to 76°, making the condo uncomfortable after days at the beach and while trying to sleep. I contacted the host, and the issue seemed to stop temporarily before starting again.
The biggest disappointment was the pull-out couch. Since we had three couples, my husband and I planned to sleep there so the other couples could have the bedrooms. When we opened it, the mattress was wet, had food smears and crumbs on it, and had a foul odor. We chose not to use it, so I slept on the couch while my husband slept in the recliner. We made the best of the situation and informed the host at checkout.
A couple of hours after we left, the host messaged me accusing us of taking one of her yellow striped beach towels. We had only used two of her towels, which we washed, dried, folded, and returned where we found them according to the checkout instructions. We never saw, used, or took the towel she described, so the accusation was frustrating. The condo itself is beautiful and has a lot to offer and without the issues above, this would have been a 5 star stay.
