Our stay was beautiful, the apartment is ok. But I think it's not luxurious, the pool walls were dirty a few items to cook

This property is old Pensacola Beach which means the property has been there awhile but the proximity to the gulf and the pool was excellent. The property stated it slept 8 but the space was small and tough for all of us to eat or lounge together. There is lots of furniture which was necessary but made moving around much more difficult. We had a great time as a family and can’t wait for our next vacation!

The description for this condo definitely gets a 5 star for marketing. Luxurious is a stretch. While it has Kitchen Aid appliances in the kitchen, the remaining amenities and space lack. The furniture was too much for the small space. There were stains on the sheets in the downstairs BR and items smeared on the walls in the upstairs BR and bathroom. My son in law fell down the super small, spiral staircase twice and hurt his knee and foot. The location of the unit was fine. The unit next door is being remodeled so that work was occurring during our stay into the late night and early morning hours. We found food in the freezer from former tenants and personal items left in the dressers that had been left but not cleaned out. There’s one parking spot available inside the parking garage for the unit but space is available outside for other cars. For the money we spent, it didn’t seem like the unit had been kept up enough to charge that luxurious marketing price.
