LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This lovely condo is not blocks from the beach, it's within eye's view of the private sandy path leading right to the Gulf's pristine white sand beach. So forget about walking blocks to get to the beach! Throw on your flip flops, grab a beach chair and your toes will be in the sand before you can say "did I pack the sunscreen?"
Seaside Serendipity..condo #205 has alot to love. The unit has been tastefully upgraded including furnishings, bedding, linens, beach and bath towels, kitchen appliances and more. The vibe is relaxed comfort for a true beach getaway. The condo is a 2/2 split plan, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. King, queen and a twin sleeps 5...a twin stored in the closet sleeps a 6th person. There's a full size washer/dryer, TV's and ceiling fans in each room and plenty of closet space. There's also a beach closet that's stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand cart, sand toys and more. Relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet of the morning with your coffee, or the evening with your cocktail, sitting on the lanai overlooking the pond, fountain and swimming pool beyond.
Exploring the island is easy. Restaurants, shops, and so many activities abound. There's alot to see and do within walking or biking distance, or hop on and off the free trolley that stops in front of the complex every half hour and takes you all over the quaint 7 mile island that is sweet Anna Maria. Don't forget though to be on the beach every evening for those magnificent sunsets!
Don't resist, come visit this sweet little slice of old Florida and make some wonderful memories. You deserve it..and you certainly won't regret it, or forget it! ??

This was our second time staying at Runaway Bay. We love the location and the easy walk to the beach. With the tropical storm coming through we were excited to stay a few extra days and this was made possible with a text to the property manager. The condo was clean and some updates have been done. The condo supplied all of the items for a day at the beach including a wagon, umbrella, and chairs. After the storm we spent time at the pool. The pool area always has lounge chairs available and some shady spots to relax in. We would recommend a stay in this Runaway Bay condo.

Very nice facility, close to all kinds of dining and shopping, just steps away from the beach. Communication and check in was very easy. Condo was very clean and provided everything you would need for vacation.
