About this apartment rental
Quiet 2nd floor cozy condo with a peek-a-boo pool view from the front door. 2 minute walk to the white, sandy beach. All the modern comforts of home complete with fountain sound. Roomy master w/ oversized, fluffy Cal King bed & nice linens, huge walk-in closet and tub/shower. Second bedroom has one double & a twin for ample space and there’s a washer & dryer. The couch reclines at each end and has lighting speed USB’s! Kitchen is nicely equipped! Welcome to Runaway Bay #219! Our pool is back up and running and gorgeous as ever. Heated and the largest saltwater pool on the island.

We had a great time at this beautiful beach condo on AMI. The condo was beautiful, quiet and very clean and no issues during our stay. We enjoyed the back porch view of the fountain area and saw some native birds along the pond. The pool was easily seen from the front door and beach access is just a short walk. Perfect vacation!

Smoky condo due to construction workers occupying condo directly below us doing renovation daily.
Action supposedly taken by condo association but not much of an improvement as the smell lingered all week.
Parking spot unusable as person with white Toyota Forerunner in adjacent left spot would always park up to the right parking line. Daily.
Therefore not allowing my door to open .
Same female coming out of Reno condo and owner of Toyota.
I caught same person filming me on her phone. Turned phone at me as she was walking. Creepy.
And 1/2 hr later saw
Police circle around us as we were packing our car to check out.
No offer made to us to leave the condo or refund or discount made due to poor smoky conditions by the owners.
Person did park properly after the owner contacted her.
I would not stay here again unless you like being watched and filmed by “Mrs. Cratchett”
I did describe to the owner the lady who was “around” a lot. She said she had no idea who she was. We felt she was like condo association person possibly. Very uncomfortable feel at this condo. The owner was nice but it was not the best experience.
