Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with everything you need for a carefree stay, plus access to community amenities like the heated pool, tennis courts, fishing pier, and shuffleboard. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay or strolling to the beach for sunset, this is island living at its best!
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Our stay was nice! I wish there was a comforter for the pull out couch but other than that it was a great time! We will definitely come again

Location was perfect! A few things were broke upon arrival; bedroom blinds, curtains didn’t cover windows and multiple bees nest outside of screen area on porch. This did not help under our trip just worth noting to be fixed. Was difficult to plan for our family as reality company was unaware of what the apartment had. For families planning: tons of beach equipment which was perfect! Had everything and more for a family going to the beach. Some things to consider: extra blankets. Only 1 blanket per bed and no spare sheets etc. was difficult to families staying for a week or longer. Also the beds are extremely firm and not very comfortable. Overall, a great complex and location as I mentioned and the place was as described.

We dealt with A Shore Thing Vacations while there. Our A/C went out and they responded very quickly. We were satisfied with service and we really enjoyed the Condo. We had one problem on the morning we were leaving. We had left a bunch of bananas on the kitchen counter the night before. Some thing took several bites out of the bananas and left a mess on the counter.They were renovating the apartment below and I suspect they might have a vermin problem.i should have taken a picture but we had to get to the airport.
