Welcome to your perfect Florida vacation! This bright and beachy second floor 2 BR/2 BA condo with lovely views of the large pond and fountain. The unit is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home.
Offering over 1,080 square feet this condo is bright, clean and lovely - perfect for the relaxing getaway you're after.
The kitchen opens to a six seated dining table and the main living area, where you can kick back and relax after a busy day out on the waters, with a flat-...screen TV. There are two brand new recliners and a queen size sofa bed for plenty of comfortable seating. Just outside the living room is a screened lanai that overlooks the pond. The lanai faces west so if you don't have time to stroll over to the beach for sunset, you will be able to see the beautiful, everchanging colors of the sky as the day comes to an end.
The bedrooms, each with their own bathroom are decorated with bright, beach-themed accents and offer the space and comfortable beds needed for a good night's sleep. master bedroom has a king bed and the guest has a queen and a twin. Each room has its own flat-screen TV as well.

Tennis/Pickleball and Shuffleboard courts are now open

Finally, the Runaway Bay condo community has a large heated pool that you and your guests will be able to access. Also, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, kayak storage and a bayfront sightseeing dock are for all to use.
PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

Although the air conditioning was not working when we checked in it was fixed the next day.
The office sent a bottle of wine and a gift certificate for our inconvenience. It was not necessary but truely appreciated. Great time spent on Annamarie Island with our Family.
