Such a cool location with an older building! Modern condos are so boring compared to these vintage apartments. The owner made the exception decision to stick with somewhat retro styling. This place is very clean and very well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. It’s very convenient to several restaurants so you can just have a nice walk to dinner. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Years ago my Mema sold her beach front condo & us kids were obviously sad. When looking for this beach get away with my daughter I was looking for the same set up with distance to the water. When the address was sent i was SHOCKED to see it was literally the condo next door to hers. Needless to say it was exactly what i wanted. Fully loaded with everything you'll need. Very clean. Owner responded very fast when asked a question. Area is quiet and perfect. We were pleasantly surprised they have chair and tent rentals available by the water now. Worth the cost was 30 for the day (5pm) (they only accept cash or venmo,paypal,zelle) not apart of rental though. Bed was firm/softPillows not a fan (will bring my own next time) Couch is a futon, not a fan hurt our backs when relaxing during the rain. But they did have a chair in the room that we moved to living space. I will definitely be rebooking over and over again.

We stayed here for a couple days before we hopped on our cruise. We had lived near Cocoa Beach for 3 years and we knew the area quite well. This location was perfect. Beach access, ocean view, and a block from bars and restaurants. We will definitely be looking to rent here again in the future.
