About this villa rental

The Villa Charlotte welcomes you in a beautiful Provincial style setting. Ideally located in a secure and private residence, you'll be charmed by the breathtaking sea view.



Refurbished in 2023, the villa disposes of every amenity necessary for your stay in the South of France.



4 beautiful bedrooms as well as an independant bungalow are at your disposal; each has an air-conditioning unit as well as their own outside terrace access . 5 spacious bathrooms are available and spread out through the villa.

The living room is wonderfully opened up onto the vast outside terrace allowing you to enjoy the view from various vantage points of the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen also profits of a bar, allowing you to enjoy your breakfast overlooking the pool and the sea simultaneously.



An outside pool, beautiful pétanque court with sea view as well as an outside plancha area are equally at your disposal allowing you to comfortably bask in the southern sun.



Various parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Very nice house with lots of rooms and a nice pool. Wonderful view over port Grimaud. The pool needs to be cleaned more often in warm weather, and it became green with algaes in the middle of the week. Also it is a very bad thing that there is a surveillance camera overlooking the pool area. That is illegal in Denmark. I don’t know how it is in France, but it was very unpleasant. Lastly we discovered a big rat in the house kitchen, which properly came in to the house through a hole in the basement.
