Loved all the facilities, kids club, football academy and all the entertainment.
Everything was good, the only thing I could really comment on is that pool could use more cleaning/ filtering during busy times/days. Also a suggestion would love to see a community fridge introduced so that you can leave unused food etc after departure for others to make use of rather than put it in the bin.

Check in was fast and reception spoke good English. Our villa was available earlier than the check in time and we were promptly shown where it was by Aubrey.
The villa was very clean and in a beautiful spot close to the beach.
It takes a couple of days to work out where everything is. We stayed for 3 nights but 4-5 would have been better.
We loved the little welcome pack we received the next morning.
Departure was also quick and easy.
Sadly the water quality of the sea on day 1 was deemed unsafe so we had to go to the pool which was insanely busy. We weren’t able to find any sun loungers. Ideally they would have had enough so that this wouldn’t be the case.
The app could also have been easier to use. It was difficult to see what was going on when.

Location was great and village is set out very well.
The huts where not what I expected as they are modern eco friendly building made to look loke "beach Shacks". Very small and not much room in them. Also supermarket and shops / restaurants on site are very expensive for what you get.

the idea
We spent our first week in a similar place nearby Biarritz: the tiny house was new, the facilities in good conditions, we had more space for a family of four - even two toilettes and showers - the overall quality of the kitchen and furniture was much more solid and inviting. Les Landes was even less expensive.
