Villa with large garden, private swimming pool and large terrace with garden furniture, beautiful sea view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Ideal family.
Petanque court.
Three of the six bedrooms have sea views.
Fully equipped kitchen. 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower or bathtub. 4 toilets.
Beaches 10 minutes walk with restaurants. Very calm environment.
2 golf courses nearby, one in Sainte Maxime 7km, otter in Beauvallon 1km.

House is in a quiet location between St Maxime and the busier Port de Grimaud. House is lovely as was pool. House is under invested in a shabby chic way but lovely place to spend time. The terrace is spectacular and I challenge anyone to get bored watching the bay etc. Rooms don't have a aircon but portable fans are included. Bedroom situation a little unclear and it turns out one room is accessed via another. Balconies are fantastic. Sewage smell in rear bathroom a little overwhelming at times. Kitchen plenty of utensils plates etc although oven not fully operational which seems unfortunate given price of a new oven today Overall would not hesitate returning.

Spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet and good located area. The villa has a lot of charm. Although we had a great vacation the villa needs some maintenance since it had some issues: an airconditioning would be nice, some bad functioning sanitary (plugged drains), and there were no functioning lights in and around the swimming pool. Additionally there were a lot of wasps on the terras (who prefer the food over the sweets on the wasp traps). Since the villa is relatively big there was bad or no wifi in some bedrooms… which is important for teenagers 😉.

We were looking to rent a property in this area with a nice view and comfortable terrace for outdoor living, and this looked ideal. In fact, the view is even better than the photos show, and we spent most of our time outside on the terrace, so our stay was very enjoyable. Three of the bedrooms have ocean views, and two of those are ensuite. The interiors are traditional (including the kitchen) but comfortable. Appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine & fridge seem quite new and work well. Most of the bathrooms have enamel tubs, some with a shower attachment above. There's only one walk-in shower but it's in a big bathroom upstairs. Best things: terrace, electric awning, stunning views, quiet location but close to beach road, nice pool. Things to note: housekeeper/manager is very nice and helpful, but only speaks French, no air-conditioning or ceiling fans (we didn't need them in June), bathrooms are a little old fashioned. Overall, would recommend the property, especially for 2 or 3 couples.
