- Large entryway with separate toilet and sink
- Separate, fully equipped, and air-conditioned kitchen with oven, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, and various dishes and utensils. A table and chairs, as well as a pantry, complete this space. Access to the west-facing outdoor terrace.

If you wish to arrive outside these hours, you must contact us before booking.
Options (can be ordered up to 7 days before arrival):
- Pool heating: €200/week ***
- Double bed linens: 25€/bed/stay (beds unmade)
- Single bed linens: €20/bed/stay (beds not made)
- “Basic” towel rental (1 large towel + 1 small washcloth): 15€/person/stay
- "Complete" towel rental (basic set + 1 beach towel): €20/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): €30 for the first item + €10/additional item, choose from:
Crib + mattress/baby bathtub/stroller/high chair/potty/changing pad
*** Pool heating is available only from June through September, weather permitting. We reserve the right to refuse to heat the pool at any time prior to arrival if we determine that weather conditions do not permit it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival; otherwise, the full service fee will be due. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an additional charge of €50 for the technician’s unplanned travel. Please contact us for any further information on this matter.
