This charming townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. There is a full kitchen, dining area, full-size washer & dryer, and a screened-in porch for relaxing on those cool summer nights.

Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Check in was easy, pre-check in communications were very good: The front steps were splintery and need treatment. The toilets are very low, not good for older people with knee or hip issues, and the beds are very low too, and the way they are constructed makes it very difficult to "make the bed". They are reasonably comfortable and there are lots of pillows to choose from. The master bathroom toilet kept plugging and overflowed causing a bad leak on the floor and through the ceiling. We used all of our towels to clean up the mess and reported it immediately. The office staff was very friendly, but also totally ineffective. They sent someone while we were out who did unplug the toilet, but they threw the dirty towels in our tub along with the plunger. They threw the wet bathroom rug on to the bedroom rug and didn't clean up the leak on the dining room table. They also didn't leave new towels. Two calls later we still did not have towels and I asked to speak with a manager, and was told there was no manager on duty until the next day. Also, the dishwasher didn't work so we arrived to find a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The next day Nicole called. I explained the situation to her, and she immediately got cleaners in, and towels delivered, and the cleaners washed the dirty dishes. This was a personnel issue as much as anything. Nicole also followed up at every point. The location is very good so we might stay there again, but as I said, there were issues.

Myself, husband and 2 dear friends enjoyed this property very much. Our common suggestion is related to the shades in the bedrooms: they do not fit well and thus allow the sun’s heat and brightness to take away from otherwise comfortable bedrooms.
