About this house rental
Sitting high on a hill, and with floor to ceiling windows in every room, Hepburn Rise offers unparalleled views of surrounding valleys and local bushland while being walking distance to all that the historic spa town has to offer.
Split over two levels and superbly appointed throughout, the residence comprises of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two generous living areas and a dining space to accommodate 10-14. The kitchen is equipped to satisfy even the most discerning chef, cue to the Ilve stove top with teppanyaki grill.
The main level is centred by the gas log fireplace; adding to the ambience are custom hand crafted furniture from Europe and Melbourne. Two separate decks will provide further enjoyment of the landscaped gardens and impressive gum trees.
The Garlando soccer table highlights the rumpus on the ground floor. Through the sliding door, the outdoor sitting area with fire pit is equally inviting. And the children, in no time, will certainly find their way to trampoline on the grounds of the property.

We loved our recent stay. The property is conveniently located, in a quiet pocket, yet still walking distance to Hepburn. Fabulous set up for a group, several living areas plus generous outdoor spaces. We had a group of 12, all beds and bedding was incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms perfectly appointed, with the seperate powder rooms convenient for a group our size. We cooked both nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. Special shout out to the friendly magpie who kept watch while we BBQ'd. Would have no hesitation returning.

Had a great time staying in this property. The house is seriously large and was perfectly clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked with essentials (olive oil, herbs/spices, all the majors) should you want to cook.Location wise it sits in a quiet little pocket of Hepburn and looks over the bush. Ideal for a weekend away and if you're up for it, walking distance to Hepburn shops too. Big thanks for having us.
