The feel, the location and the fact that when we arrived, there was plenty of Condiments like milk and shortbread, all cleaning items and no lack of for washing and dish washing things.
Plenty of Toiletpaper, towels and a homely feel.
We didn't need to buy to much other than Food. ☺️

On the city outskirts, so a lot of noise in the early mornings.

It was really clean and the location was great and heaps of on street parking.
The fridge was small for how many people we had. The room on the left when you come in the ducted heating wasn’t working and we had to use the split system. we had a big group and there wasn’t enough chairs around the table to eat together so some people had to sit on the couch.
