Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa Villas

Everything! Beautiful environment, stunning accommodation and location is on point

The place is lovely, it's our second visit and we will be back for sure. Best visited in the cooler months.

For the quality of the accomodation and price either a pod machine or some ground ground coffee for the plunger shouldn't be too much to ask for rather than some instant coffee satchels, the kitchenette is very handy if you are sick of eating out but it was missing some basic items such as a dishcloth and the salt shaker was empty, only very minor things that are more annoying than anything and stopping this place from being 10 out of 10, the coffee needs to be fixed please specially as the nearby cafe the pavilion only opens at 10 and the other cafes are up a steep hill. Hepburn springs and daylesford are much quieter than previous years which is a shame with lots of empty shops but if you want to relax escape villas are the go.

Beautiful villa we had a great time. Nice and spacious and clean

Nothing

Location was good reception staff were lovely and helpful, room lay out was nice looking and spacious but not super functional.

The place was very dirty, when we asked to get it cleaned, got attitude from then cleaning staff that the place was just deep cleaned before our stay. Had to point to a very littleral pile of dirt dust and debris in the room before the cleaner decided to softer her attitude. Floors were sticky and unclean. It is expensive for what it is. It a big room, which is nice, with a lovely layout, but there are no powerpoints near the bed and only a few in the room. There is no regular cleaning which for the price of the room you would have some expectations of, you only get attendance to the rooms on request and there is no reasonable food options in close proximity.
