About this villa rental
2bed/2bath stand-alone villa in Spanish Main Yacht Club. Two queen beds, plus an additional sleeper couch allow room for 6 guests. Spacious lanai is usable year-round. Villa is fully remodeled, with new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Deeded beach access is just steps across Gulf of Mexico Drive. Spanish Main Yacht Club also includes a community pool and club house. It is centrally located, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, Joan Durante Park and Cedars Tennis Resort. *At least one person in the party must be 55 y/o or older.
