We're happy to report that despite two hurricanes hitting Florida, our neighborhood was blessed with minimal damage, and nearly everything has now been repaired. The pool is fully operational, the tennis courts are being resurfaced after some saltwater exposure, and the local beach has changed shape but is ready for your enjoyment as well. This place exceeded all expectations, absolutely amazing and excellent location. We went as a family of 4 (kids ages 2 & 4)The garage was stocked with every single thing you need for the beach - chairs , kids toys, coolers, boogie boards, you name it, and a wagon to haul it all in. They had fishing stuff as well, nice grill and all things needed for bbq/cookout if that’s your jam. The townhouse itself was spectacular, they had helpful labels with tips/info throughout the home which I thought was a nice touch. Spacious rooms , comfortable beds , nice showers, stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a beach right across the street with easy access, which we visited a few times (went week of Memorial Day and the main public beaches were packed, so this was perfect) . Coquina beach is less than 10 min drive and a massive public beach with free parking , showers , etc. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in the longboat key area, it checked all the boxes and then some for us. We would definitely come back!
