Private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious al fresco meals;
Double bedroom;
Full bathroom (shower height approximately 1.78 cm);
Kitchen-living room with two single beds under the low roof;
Attic storage room;
Outdoor shower.
🏡 Comfort and amenities: Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: Private parking space within the residence, free Wi-Fi, two air conditioners, mosquito nets, safe, barbecue, oven, moka pot and American coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complete kitchen utensils, and beach umbrella.
🌊 Location: In the Campofelice di Roccella area, our residential complex is surrounded by greenery and is quiet yet close to everything: with flip-flops and a beach towel, a pleasant 250-meter walk will take you directly to the beach.
We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to be on the move and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance is just 4 km away, making it quick and easy to get to all the other wonders of the island.
📍Near the property: Pubs, 4 supermarkets, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a train station (1.6 km), and a gas station. Just 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront, full of dining options and beautiful beach clubs where you can relax and enjoy the sea.
