Il Casale il Sole e la Margherita

The place is big. There is AC. Beautiful garden and perfect, well sized pool in the middle of olives and lemon trees. Pool is impecably clean and most of the time we have been there alone. Host was amazing!!! Always there for everything we needed.

There is no internet AT ALL. The place is rustic and not really well cleaned but we managed. It is not close to the beach even though the photo suggests it, it is on the hill and close to highway.

Bellissima la piscina e gli spazi annessi. L'abbiamo utilizzata in particolare ad inizio e fine giornata come momenti di relax nel tour delle zone vicine (Cefalu' a meno di 20 minuti). Locali ampi e puliti, parcheggio gratuito. Immersa nel verde, la struttura e' raggiungibile con mezzi propri percorrendo un breve tratto di strada in campagna.

Nulla. Per due persone servizi e dotazioni dell' appartamento assegnato erano adeguate. 2 fuochi nella cucina per piu' persone da valutare.

Piscina incantevole, pulita e immersa nel verde, siepi e giardino curate, doccia esterna, sdraio e ombrellone.

A place I feel at home. I cannot wait to go back If you are looking for a place to stay on the north coast of Sicily, Il Casale Il sole e la margherita is the perfect spot. Not too far from Palermo and perfectly located to visit all corners of Sicily, it is an amazing location for a relaxing holiday. Just a short drive from the beach in the middle of the countryside, it has the peace of a quiet retreat while just a few minutes’ drive from all you can need. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for relaxation . The views are breath-taking, and the host cannot do enough to ensure your comfort. I stayed with my two teens, and they loved the pool and the Wi-Fi!! I grew up in the capital, Palermo, and whenever I return, I need to feel at home. Il Casale with it’s charming structure, the cotto tiled flooring and the antique furniture brings me back to my childhood of a Sicilian summer and I feel at home. There are plenty of food suppliers (bakers, butchers and fruit stores) including a very well stocked supermarket just a few minutes’ drive away. As the area is popular for local residents’ holidays homes, the restaurants and food suppliers are of the high standard that the locals would expect and the prices are good too. There is so much to do and see in the area or just relax in the shade of the orange trees by the pool at al Casale. I cannot wait to go back!
