Cozy 1 bedroom condo with a pull out couch and a balcony. Minutes from I-70. Walking distance to trails, shops, & restaurants. Centrally located in Grand Junction Colorado. Close to St. Mary's hospital, and the downtown area which host a number of music and art festivals as well as farmer's markets. There are walking paths on the property with a pond, and you can enjoy the use of an indoor pool, exercise room and sauna. Coin operated laundry available. Grand Junction Colorado is home to the Grand Mesa the largest flat top mountain in the world. Also boasting of the Colorado National Monument where there are many trails to explore. Grand Junction is also know for it's many bike trails, hiking, skiing, rafting and outdoor activities.

We spent 2 weeks here around Labor Day. We enjoyed the apartment very much, it was nice to prepare our own meals and we also enjoyed the use of the pool. There is a first come first serve parking area in the back that was close for easy coming and going. Would stay here again next time in Grand Junction

We stayed here for country jam, and it was perfect. The host was very responsive to requests. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great to the concert. And parking was easy.

The Confo was very nice however the building it was located slightly smelled as you entered. This was NOT in the condo
