Welcome to Casa Maravilla, our spacious family-friendly retreat! Only a 5-minute drive from the beach, and nestled in a serene neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your vacation getaway.
The Space:
Our home comes with a great outdoor space for your family to relax by the pool and enjoy some peaceful time together.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy layout, with ample space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The living area features cozy furnishings and large windows letting in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The heart of the home is the Great Room and fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals to enjoy together at the dining table or al fresco on the patio overlooking the pool.
Speaking of the pool, you'll love spending sunny days lounging by the sparkling waters or taking a refreshing dip to cool off from the Florida heat. The pool area also boasts a tiki table, perfect for enjoying drinks and snacks while soaking up the sunshine or enjoying a fun game of cornhole (bags).

The house was perfect for our party - plenty of bedroom and bathrooms plus a downstairs bedroom for my older parents. Lots of seating outside on the patio and around the pool. Check-in was very easy. Jay and Shaan were responsive and even let us checking in early.

We stayed at the property for a bachelorette party, and overall had a great time. There were a few issues with cleanliness of the property, but the owners did a great job of getting back to us and making sure that we were able to enjoy our trip and worked to make the stay a great one. Would definitely stay here again for the amenities, size, and location!

I learned this is a new rental. The game room is actually a separate building off of the pool area which is nice, but had no AC which I believe is going to be fixed in the future. We had a problem with the refrigerator cooling alarm going off so we had to keep unplugging it. This also was going to be addressed.
