With approximately 3,500 square feet across two levels, four bathrooms and space for up to 16 guests, this inviting vacation rental provides the room and amenities needed to gather, relax and enjoy time near the coast.
Open Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas
The bright, open main living area is designed for spending time together. It features two full-size couches, two loveseats and a flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable setting to unwind after a beach day.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for three guests. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a group dinner, the kitchen includes what you need to dine in.
The formal dining area features two dining sets with seating for up to 16 guests, making group meals, celebrations and game nights easy to enjoy together.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements
Beach Escape offers six spacious bedrooms across two levels. Every bedroom includes a Roku flat-screen TV with access to streaming apps.

Great location. Plenty of space for our group. Would stay here again if in the area. Communication with the host was great as well.

This property has good and bad attributes. Location is great. Easy to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. It’s a large home with plenty of space, but the layout is odd so check that carefully before booking. While the kitchen was stocked with cookware (no omelet size but we made it work) there was no salt & pepper, kitchen towels, coffee filters, foil, etc. When they say they supply the bare minimum for a few days…they mean it. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, so wash anything before you use it or do like we did and run everything you think you might use through the dishwasher. The floors were pretty dirty, so we mopped the main area several times and it helped some. There were other issues here and there… I will say the property management company was responsive and tried to be helpful. Our experience was good and bad. It’s tough giving it a 4-star rating but there were aspects that we enjoyed.

The vacation rental was clean.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

There are things in the rental that are not listed in the description that should be made known to renters. There is a lights off/noise ordiance policy from 10pm-7am. The A/C is capped at 72 degrees in the home. The ice maker doesn't work, so you must buy bagged ice all week. You are not allowed to charge a golf cart on property. The game room is a garage with no A/C, it's too hot to use. The home is dirty, our feet and socks were black within an hour.
