About this cottage rental
This unique setting consists of two cottages that create a U-shape dwelling around a private, heated pool (in winter). Two of the bedrooms and baths are upstairs above the covered patio, overlooking the pool. Short, easy walk to the beach. We love helping our guests make amazing memories, and work so that our guests can relax and enjoy the sun and fun of vacation!
Entrance A faces the street, with parking for 3 cars. This side of the property has three bedrooms, two baths, and a kitchen/living room with access to pool area. Entrance B has a door off the alley, also with parking for 2 cars. This entrance opens to the main cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and living space, as well as access to the new upstairs with two bedrooms/two baths (en-suites). There are two entrances to the pool area from this side.
This is a perfect getaway for multi-generational family vacations: beach, pool, easy walks, neighborhood parks!

The two cottages were perfect for my family. They are nice if you are traveling with a large group and occasionally like some separation as 1 cottage can hold 1 family and vice versa. Outside patio and swimming pool is the best area of all. We ate dinner in the evenings under the covered patio with the fans on while watching TV. There were ample beach supplies avaliable to borrow (toys, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to tote it all to the beach)The only downfall in our opinion was the AC in cottage A the living room was always cool, but for whatever reason the bedrooms do not cool down. Cottage B upstairs bedrooms each have a separate single AC unit to cool the rooms. Those would be useful in cottage A. All in all the cottages were very well kept and clean. Access to the beach was as described and very quick walk there.

The house was amazing! Big enough for my whole family that stayed! We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Will absolutely be staying there again!

Had the best time at this IRB rental! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from ages 4 to 8. Our group members without kids stayed in the two upstairs renovated en-suite bedrooms, and the two couples with kids split up in the two downstairs cottages. It worked out perfectly.Pool was clutch and the cottage is walkable to restaurants, bars and the beach. We brought our Nintendo Switch so the kids could play Mario Kart together outside on the covered patio.Lots of beach chairs and a beach wagon to use in the shed. Some buckets in the bin as well. We replaced the broken beach umbrella for next renters.Not huge hangout spaces indoors if you require lots of indoor lounging, we happily spent the entire week outside.Only minor complaint is the lighting under the outdoor patio is bright and harsh at night. Easy fix with some string lights.Owners are very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Outside space of the property is great although the pool should have handrails at the steps, dangerous, and difficult to get into for older people and young children. The system to run the pool and the spot is very complicated and needs to have very detailed instructions. The bathroom in the downstairs main unit need to be updated. Shower is very old and some mold. The upstairs bedrooms and baths in the main house have been updated very nice. If you are looking for a house that holds a large party and has great outdoor space then this is the house. Owners are very nice and very responsive to any issues that arise.
