About this chalet rental

Charming family chalet from 1885 in the historical neighbourhood Ville d'Hiver. The house was fully renovated in 2021. It includes:
- fully equipped open plan kitchen
- 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, 1 bathtub
- lovely garden with palm trees
- any seating areas including outside lounge with hammock
- a piano and many board games

12 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to city center, and close to tennis courts and golf course.

Fun fact: legend has it Edward 7th celebrated his 50th here!
