The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 46 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Mouffetard in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue Mouffetard is one of the oldest and most atmospheric market streets in Paris, a long, sloping pedestrian lane in the 5th arrondissement that has been feeding the neighbourhood since the Middle Ages. At number 70 you are right in the thick of it, surrounded by fruit and vegetable stalls, butchers, fromageries, oyster bars and café terraces that fill up from early morning with locals doing their weekly shop. The street market runs most mornings and the area has a wonderfully authentic, lived-in energy that feels a world away from the more tourist-heavy parts of the city.
Beyond the market street itself, the Latin Quarter offers a wealth of things to see and do. The Panthéon is a short uphill walk, and the Jardin des Plantes, the Grande Mosquée de Paris and the natural history museum are all close by. The Luxembourg Gardens are within a comfortable 20-minute walk through some charming backstreets. The Sorbonne and the wider university district give the neighbourhood a lively, intellectual atmosphere, with independent bookshops, jazz bars and wine caves filling the side streets. For anyone who wants to experience daily Parisian life at its most genuine, this stretch of Mouffetard is one of the best places in the city to do it.

In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn’t think twice about coming back. Being right in the middle of Rue Mouffetard is hard to beat - brilliant location with loads of great food spots, markets, and cafés right on your doorstep. The Place Monge metro is only a couple of minutes away. The neighbourhood feels very safe and has a lovely local buzz. It took us a run or two to get the hang of the instructions, but once we did, everything was grand. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, which always makes a big difference.All in all, a cracking place in a top-class location. Highly recommend, and we’d happily stay here again.

Great location, right on rue du Mouffetard.
The only problem with the residence was that my son and I are both about 1.90meters. The toilet is in a very small room, hard to maneuver.
Other than that it is very nice.

We did not like having to go to a laundry mat to retrieve our keys, figuring out how to retrieve them was a little challenging and then dragging our luggage a couple of blocks trying to find the address, which was on a road in deep construction.It seemed once we were in the building, they could have had a locker with the keyes in that building. There was no microwave, and they left us very little toilet paper. That was annoying, as we expected them to supply enough for our entire 4 nights, not just the first hour. There was no air conditioning so when we opened the windows, bugs came in a bit us. So it made me wish we had booked a hotel.
