About this apartment rental
Welcome to my bright, renovated flat, ideally located. It is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance from the street. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is on a mezzanine (low ceilings, 120 cm), the sofa is not a sleeping. 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. It is close to the Jardin du Luxembourg, the perfect place for a stroll. The Jardin des Plantes and the Fondation Cartier are also within easy reach.

The accommodation is pleasant and is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a mattress on the mezzanine (low ceiling, 120 cm), accessible via a staircase, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful living room area with a sofa to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Hair dryer, Washing machine You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that, in the university sector, instruction was given in Latin.

A great location

This property was in a great location with a short walk to the metro, Luxembourg Garden, Panteon, cafes and shops. The loft is only a couple of feet tall so not possible to stand up but wonderful to have additional space for sleeping. We traveled with our two college-age children and the mattress in the loft was a big help. Check in was a little late and it would have been helpful to have somewhere earlier in the day to leave our luggage. All in all wonderful place to stay in Paris!

It’s a small cozy apartment that was nice for our family. The neighborhood is friendly and busy with people coming and going. If we could stay there again we would!

A very nice apartment with lot's of space, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 large nice beds. Excellent location, with a great local small pub-sports bar next door. Poor ventilation with two fans that both did not work. Wall clocks also did not have batteries. The TV did not work.
