Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this newly renovated 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue des Carmes in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Neighborhood:
Steps from the Panthéon in the heart of the Latin Quarter, this part of the 5th arrondissement is steeped in history and intellectual life. The streets around Rue des Carmes are lined with bookshops, student cafés, wine bars and small restaurants that spill onto the pavement on warm evenings. The Place Maubert market, one of Paris's most beloved neighbourhood markets, is just around the corner and runs three mornings a week with excellent fresh produce, cheese and charcuterie. The Sorbonne and the Collège de France are practically on the doorstep, giving the area a lively, curious energy at all times of year.
The Seine and the Île de la Cité are a short walk downhill, with Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle and the bouquinistes along the river all within easy reach. The Jardin des Plantes and the Grande Mosquée de Paris are a pleasant 15-minute stroll east, while the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Musée de Cluny (the National Museum of the Middle Ages) are close to the west. Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with its legendary literary cafés and galleries, is just across the boulevard, making this one of the most culturally rich corners of the city to base yourself in.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Amazing location. Apartment is comfortable and spacious. Elevator is definitely a plus. Would have been a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of equipment in the kitchen (no cooking trays, very limited cooking utensils, dirty cutting boards, etc). As per previous reviews, be prepared to buy all you need in terms of shower gel, soap for dishes and washing machine, toilet paper etc, though not a big deal for us since we were expecting it. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location with just a short walk in any direction to nice restaurants, shops, the metro and the Marché Maubert. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. And as a solo traveler, i felt very safe and secure. It could do with a few more amenities like nicer linens (they were fine though), hygiene products, and extra toilet tissue. The kitchen could be stocked a little better. With just a little more attention to detail, this apartment could be spectacular. All in all, a great stay and I would stay here again.

The location was great and the apartment has the potential to be amazing but it needs some attention. The furnishings are old and worn. The bed and the sofa are both uncomfortable. There are few amenities in the kitchen (for example: there is an oven but I had to buy a tray to use for the oven as there were no dishes which were oven proof.) The toilet is tiny and came with half a roll of toilet paper. The shower stall smells of damp and is also tiny. The bedroom and living room are a good size. The elevator was a welcome amenity after walking 20K steps a day and for transporting our luggage, If this had some love and attention, it would be good. Also it could do with a deep clean not just s surface wipe. All in all, I expect there is better value for money available elsewhere. Disappointed as had high hopes.
