Wang Yun Residence Boutique Homestay

The property was small and unique in its design/style. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They took great care to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Um quarto muito agradável. E uma equipe muito solicita e que ajuda muito com os passeios.

Wow, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had our tickets booked by Li Li and she stepped us through the local attractions itinerary step by step prior to arriving that was a massive help. Anything we needed we had provided, I've never felt so looked after, they genuinely care. The location is great and if you want a boutique stay with great facilities and even a hotel cat to pat called Mao Mi, this is the place to book.

We gave this hotel 10 out of 10, not because everything was perfect, but because the staff were absolutely exceptional. Our stay began with several difficulties. We had problems changing our reservation through Booking.com, the entrance was difficult to find, and the stairs presented a challenge with our luggage and my troublesome back. The staff completely transformed the experience. They patiently helped resolve our booking problem, welcomed us with delicious local berry tea, and readily arranged a different room when the first did not meet our expectations. Throughout our stay, everyone was genuinely warm, caring and attentive. Their patience with translations, thoughtful refreshments, and willingness to help made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. Breakfast was outstanding. Beautiful fresh food, excellent variety and more than we expected. The staff even took particular care helping with our luggage when we departed and ensuring our transport arrangements were satisfactory. Our friends stayed at a more impressive hotel nearby, but their experience was far less personal. We genuinely felt we had made the better choice.

The external entrance could be improved, and the stairs may be challenging for guests with mobility difficulties or heavy luggage. Our first room was also different from what we expected from the photographs. However, the staff responded so positively that these issues did not diminish our overall experience.
