Sara the host made our experience, in Zhangjiajie Yomo retreat, so easy and pleasant. She was able to guide us through our excursions & organise a driving for us to everywhere we needed to go.
Our of all our stays in China, Sara was definitely the best host.
I can only think of not having enough body wash for the shower.

Amazing place to stay for the Zhangjiajie trip! It’s just 10min drive from the South Gate and hotel provides a free shuttle to that gate, so it’s very convenient especially if you plan to be early in the national park. Daisy was extremely helpful, she arranged our luggage transfer from a different hotel in Zhangjiajie, so we didn’t have to waste our time and we could go to see attractions. She recommended great route for a day visit in a park, and arranged early morning transfer to the train station. We’d definitely go back to this place on our next visit.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, with amazing views and super helpful staff. Daisy was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We even had to leave early for our train upon checkout and Daisy packed us a takeaway breakfast!
The toilet struggled to flush
