    Our stay at Cave Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. One of the standout highlights was the complimentary luxury vehicle transfer to and from the train station, which made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. ​The concierge team is truly top-tier—incredibly responsive, quick to assist with any request, and always one step ahead. They consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring our entire trip ran smoothly. If you’re looking for high-end comfort combined with thoughtful, proactive service, I cannot recommend Cave Hotel enough!

    Amazing service , the team were super helpful and nothing was too much bother . Location was ideal and we had great recommendations for transport , massage and restaurant .I would recommend this hotel to everyone .

    We had a great stay here. The location is excellent for the National Park East gate - a 10 mins walk. A special thanks to Manman and Sunny who really looked after us - guidance on the park annd directions once inside, and also accompanied me on a trip to the pharmacy for some medication.

    Really enjoyed our stay in this place- it was close to the east gate and close to the central area in Wulingyuan. Great location! And the staff were all so kind and helpful- they took the time to ensure we have everything we need and helped us plan the day in Zhangjiajie park. The breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommended!!!
