Mooi huisje op een mooie locatie met een zeer nare verhuurder waardoor ik nooit meer iets bij hem zou boeken

- de locatie - het mooie uitzicht op de bergen - het houten interieur

- Een zeer onvriendelijke en onbeschofte verhuurder, die we in werkelijkheid nooit hebben gezien. Hij komt afspraken niet na en is agressief in het schriftelijke contact dat ik met hem heb gehad. Ik vraag aan hem of hij een bevestiging kan sturen dat we de toeristenbelasting hebben betaald, omdat hier mogelijk op de grens naar gevraagd wordt. Hij geeft hierop aan dat hij dit de volgende dag zal doen. Vervolgens komt hij die afspraak niet na en komt hij met leugens aanzetten wat voor hem redenen zijn om de bevestiging niet naar ons te sturen. Nu moeten we nog maar afwachten of we geen boete ontvangen als we Montenegro verlaten. Nemanja is een zeer onaangename verhuuder, wat ook blijkt uit de reacties naar de vorige huurders toe in de reviews. - Een houten plateau naast het gasfornuis viel ‘s nachts van de muur af. Hier werden wij door Nemanja van beschuldigd dat het onze schuld is. - Veel stof en spinnenwebben langs de vloer in de badkamer. (Prijs)etiketten plakken nog op een deurklink en in douchecabine. - kussensloop stinkt naar sigaretten

Le logement était chaleureux avec une belle vue. Les lits étaient très confortables

La saleté du logement (frigo, linges sales dans le placard, vaisselles grasses) Pas de torchons, pas de savon, papiers toilettes entamés, une serviette par personne Les échanges avec le propriétaire n’ont jamais été aidantes : il ne s’est pas déplacé pour nous aider à trouver le logement, pas d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours et il ne nous a pas expliqué correctement comment le remettre en route Le propriétaire nous a imposé de payer en cash et quand nous lui avons demandé où trouver un distributeur, il voulait à ce moment se déplacer pour récupérer l’argent… il était 21h et s’était egalement trompé sur notre date de départ
