Naprosto perfektní domluva. Paní Bella je úžasná žena a se vším ráda pomůže.

Vybavení je staršího ročníku ale to nemění nic na kvalitě ubytování. Pokud se budeme pohybovat kolem určitě se rad do ubytování vrátíme.

Excellent location within walking distance of Black Lake, with a supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, and although the furniture and appliances were old, they were high-quality and everything worked well. Considering the location and the price, it offered good value for money.

Cleanliness was only average, and the shared kitchen was cluttered with half-used food items left by previous guests. We arrived late, but there was no proper welcome — we were first asked who we were and what we had booked, and at check-out we were simply told to leave the keys in the door. The property also needs better maintenance: there were marks on the walls, an unfinished electrical socket, and the outdoor area looked untidy. The loft sleeping area is not ideal for tall guests (I'm 175 cm and could touch the ceiling light with my head), and the very low staircase guardrail did not feel safe, especially for families with children. The stairs to the loft are also extremely steep, and because of the low, sloping ceiling, you have to climb the last part almost on all fours, which is inconvenient and may be difficult for older guests or anyone with reduced mobility.

Žena koja nas je uslužila je predobra i izšla nam je u susret za šta god da smo je pitali. Čak nam je pomogla da nađemo taxi. Apartman je lijep, i topao, blizu centra.

Sudopera je locirana u ćošku, što nije strašno ali je malkice nepraktično.
