A charming place with a huge potential

An incredible location, just a five-minute pastoral walk through the forest, leads to the magnificent lake. Milan is a warm, charming, and kind host, always full of goodwill and eager to help. We loved him!!!

Unfortunately, the property feels quite old and poorly maintained. The sheets were worn, towels were few, carpets looked tired and felt dusy. All of which significantly affected our stay and the overall atmosphere.The location and setting have incredible potential. With proper investment and care, this could easily become the best place in the area.

Perfect wooden cabin in the heart of the national park, with everything you need and hiking trails right from the doorst

This apartment was the perfect base for exploring the national park. Nestled right in the heart of nature, the location was absolutely incredible—we were able to start beautiful hikes directly from the front door. The wooden house was cosy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true escape, surrounded by forest and fresh air. A peaceful, scenic retreat for anyone who loves the outdoors. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The location is just excellent. So close to the lakes and hiking trails! The host is also really lovely. The bathroom was a tad prone to having water on the floor, but that's just one small point. The rest was great!

Great location, beautiful view from balcony and terrace. Host was very helpful and kind man !💚. Place was tidy enough like for this type of mountain house, I can say full 5 stars hotel of this 2 stars place ☺️. 5 min walk to Czarne Jezoro. House was equipped with all necessary items, clean towels and warm water in the tap. Fully recommend place for group of friends. If you looking for economic place to stay, you could not find any better !

The location was everything, Black lake is like few min away. The owner was really nice, you can really feel the warmth from the locals everywhere you go, and it was no different here.

Juste pour la vue

La vue est tout simplement incroyable. L'accès au lac noir à 5 minutes de marche. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Le propriétaire est très sympathique Beaucoup de lits pour un petit espace.

Chalet assez spartiate. La salle de bain ne donne vraiment pas envie. La literie est assez basique. Le gros problème était la propreté. Sensation que le ménage n'avait pas été fait (ou très mal). Beaucoup de poussière. On pense que cela est dû au fait que le propriétaire est en train de vendre.

Il luogo è veramente meraviglioso, ha una bellissima vista sulla montagna e in 10 minuti di passeggiata arrivi al Lago Nero. Milan è simpatico, accogliente e ti fa sentire a casa.

I servizi sono semplici, ma io penso siano in linea con il prezzo e con la semplicità e naturalezza del luogo.

房间白天看着很干净，晚上开灯后便有很多很多的小虫子从大门底下的缝隙和小床靠墙的缝里爬出来，得用毛巾和被子堵住才行，很可怕，一晚上没睡好。第二天，小腿上不知被啥被咬了几个包。
