I strongly recommend it.

Everything was very good. I really liked the owner of the house, Marco (speaks Russian) — he was friendly, responsible, and helpful. He helped us solve our problems several times. At first, he helped us find some bread on Sunday evening — it turned out to be quite a problem. And the next day, when I was very ill, he helped us get to the doctor. I am very grateful to him for that. The house was also nice — newly renovated, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Хвала од срца на гостопримству :)

The shower head has no wall mount. There’s a Mickey Mouse figurine instead of the usual flush button — it’s cute, but not very practical.

Oldscool but nice house in the beautiful environment

Nice, helpful host, the house is very near to the Crno Jezero and Savin Kuk, amazing places around.

We had a misunderstanding in the beginning about the air condition. The main page contains the A/C, but in our particular house didn't have it. My bad too, but we had a very hot first day. For winter there wouldn't be any issue. :)

Nice week in the mountains

The mountains lodge feeling, great location for Durmitor region, comfortable and relaxing. Decently equipped with good living and sleeping areas. Great to have two balconies.

Needed a couple of chairs for upstairs balcony, don't think the spa bath was working. Somebody with mobility issues would struggle

Superb

We were in 3-bedroom house. The house is new, spacious and it looks pleasant inside. For me, it is important to mention that in the description of the house is written it has two bathrooms. Actually, for that purpose, it has only on ground floor two separated rooms: one toilet (with no shower) and one shower room (with no toilet inside). On upper floor there is no any toilet or shower. Altogether, one toilet and one shower in entire house. It can cause problems for groups with more people.

As I already mentioned, there is no toilet or shower on upper floor. The houses are built one close to each other, so courtyard is small and not functional. Forget about garden view.

This studio apartment looks much better than in the photos. Beautiful atmosphere in the ambience of wood and stone, paid attention to every detail. Great location, comfy bed, beautiful lightig and friendly host. We'll definitely be back again!

Wonderful Winter Home

We finally found the location to stay in Zabljak - Moticki Gaj is just outside of it, on the other side of the mountain, next to Bobotov Kuk and with beautiful view over the valley and the panoramic roads. The house was very cosy, all wooden and very warm. The owner was very accomodating, polite and welcoming. We have been to lots of places in Montenegro and own a villa ourselves- and can only recommend this place.

Very nice and cozy house. Everything was in excellent condition, like it was new. Private parking, very quiet area with excellent accessibility to city center of Zabljak and also to the National Park. Friendly staff and fast replies.

The shower head was not mounted on the wall, so we had to hold it while showering. Also, warm water supply is limited. With a friend group op five persons, the warm water supply was quickly depleted, leaving the last person(s) with cold shower(s).

Cosy home for your pleasure with mountain view

cosy house, perfect location, big yard great space outside for hang outs. Close to ski center Savin Kuk. Amazing view on Durmitor mountain. Fireplace inside 2 bedroom's house. Combination of natural wood and stone make the house perfect for staying The owner was very helpful and he made our staying more comfortable and interesting. He connected us with a tour guy for snowshoe walking through the woods toward Black lake. Highly recommend.

Really nice place, ski resort is near by, Zabljak is near as well. Host is friendly and helpfull.

It was very snowy night before our arrival and the host cleaned the parking place for us, warmed up the house. Place was clean and well prepared for us.
