Cosy and relaxing place

There is a cosy challet with an amazing view and a green and simple garden. The hosts were very nice, and the food is very good and rich portions. There is a quiet area and it is right on the panoramic road across Durmitor Park. Everything was absolutely beautiful.

The wifi is very poor, often no internet.

Friendly hosts, cozy cottage, delicious food, great location

The cottage is big and cozy, there is everything you might need during your stay. The location is great, just a few minutes to the shop and half an hour to the national park. Hosts are very friendly, they even presented us some souvenirs. They replied to our messages quickly and helped if needed. There is also a local restaurant with homemade food which is delicious. I highly recommend this place to visit to enjoy your holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much for our great 3 nights!

The hosting family is very welcoming and kind. Was great experiencing a bit of the farm life. You have a little fireplace to keep warm at night and made a nice atmosphere. The breakfast is very generous.

The rooster at 7 am, but that is part of the farm experience. The blinds are not really keeping out the sun at the morning.

Ratko and his family made our trip in Durmitor. Cottage was just amazing from the view to equipment. I can imagine just stay on this farm even in bad weather. Last but not least I recommend local dinner from farm. I would like to thanks this way to whole family❤️ We will definitely come back.

Truly a family welcome!

We spent a few days of our honeymoon here and were so glad we'd chosen it. The location is beautiful - more remote and peaceful than staying in Zabljiak itself, but still close enough to arrange rafting and ziplining on the Tara River (and we didn't have a car). Our 2-bed log cabin was so cosy and had everything we needed, plus that lovely view! The best part of our stay though was our hosts - Ratko was so warm & friendly, Elena so helpful in responding to all our queries, and Slavica cooked us the most delicious dinner - complete with gluten free cakes! We really felt like family and will be back!

Wonderful stay

The location was great, very close to the park. The host Elena was wonderful. She cooked a large and delicious homemade meal for dinner that was better than restaurant in town. Elena was very attentive to our needs.

We didn’t realize it’s entirely on wood stove heating system. My husband had to wake up at 4AM to attend the fire for the family. Please keep that mind.

One of our best experiences in Montenegro

Business run by Elena and her family who happened to be really nice and helpful. Apartments are comfortable and display all you need, there is even a BBQ area! The place is very quiet and peaceful. They have a restaurant for lunch and diner. They offer breakfast and even sandwiches for picnic. Location is very convenient to visit Durmitor National Park, it’s less than 10 min to Zabljak.

Perfection!

Absolutely loved the coziness of the place and the breathtaking nature view right at the doorstep. Location is perfect for exploring Durmitor. The hosts were very pleasant, also they gave us some domestic cheese and a beautiful souvenir mug to take home. Last but not least, they make an amazing breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay here. Hope that we’ll be back!

Perfect hosts and location

Absolutely the best hosts we ever had. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the valley in front of the mountains, in a house right at the turn towards the ski resort. The Natinal Park entrence (Black Lake) is some 5 min drive away, as well as the town centre with shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean and well furnished with a lot of cute details. On arrival we were welcomed by a huge chunk of excellent local cheese! Hosts offer great breakfast (served in a neighbouring house - 10m away) and lunch at a great price. We stayed with two dogs who were on a leash while in the yard. As far as we are concerned we found ourselves a place to which we will be coming back over and over again.

Our stay at Family Farm Apartments was fantastic. The chalet was lovely, with moder kitchen and rustic but premium decor. It was fitted with everything needed to cook our own meals, the bathrooms was modern and spotless (and the shower amazing!) and we had a fire stove to heat the house (and we loved to build our fire in the evening). Elena was a fantastic host, very kind and accomodating and helpful. Everything was outstanding and the accomodation made an already great trip really memorable. We will definetly be back when we visit Durmitor again.

Een complete skihut, maar dan in de zomer…..met een prima diner!

Een hele skihut, maar dan in de zomer. Erg groot en compleet. Fantastisch uitzicht. Een houtkachel met een houthok wat je mag gebruiken als je wilt. We hebben het ontbijt en diner er bij genomen. Diner is een menu met meerdere gangen/gerechten, wat je in 1 keer op tafel krijgt, dat is wel bijzonder. De eigenaren ontvangen je persoonlijk, en het eten wordt door hen gekookt met verse producten. Parkeren was makkelijk, voor de deur. De accommodatie zit onderaan een skilift, je kan ook in de zomer omhoog en prachtig wandelen met mooie uitzichten. Veel schapen en koeien die vlak voor je huisje rondlopen, erg knus.
