Family holiday home

Very nice wood made private house. Well maintained and nice. The sleeping rooms are on the second floor with high stairs and the leaving room, kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor (the stairs are not for the very young or old).

The holiday hime located, currently, in a very busy building area so there where some noise and it is not a nice surroundings.

The house was so cozy, clean and new. The view of the mountains was so beautiful. Comfortable bed.

We had a problem with the hot water. The boiler was very slow and our shower had to last 5 minutes.

Exceptional

Very comfortable, clean, cozy house perfectly located in a quiet place with a stunning view of the mountains. Veiw was absolutely great making breakfast and dinner on the terrace an unforgettable experience. The house is equipped with everything that a family of travelers may need. Tamara, the host of the house, was very kind, friendly, and supportive. We received all the necessary information on the place and surroundings. The complimentary bottle of local wine was a pleasant surprise and made our evening after a long trip very relaxing. In overall great place! Would definitely return here on the next occasion and recommend it to friends.

Superb

Perfect getaway and very cosy house. Tamara is so sweet and responded very quickly to any of our messages. Check-in was easy and we were even greeted with a bottle of wine (nice touch). Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore the Zabljak area.

The mattresses could be a little comfier, but that could just be personal preference and maybe we're being a bit picky here.

Preis-Leistung passt hier nicht.

Die allgemeine Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, so daß alle wichtigen Unternehmungen in Kürze mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Die Entfernung zum ort Zabljak ist fußläufig in 10- 15 Minuten.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach gehalten. An vielen Stellen sieht man, kleinere technische Mängel. Man sieht, dass die Wohnung "schnell mal so eingebaut wurde". Schranktüren in der Küche nicht richtig eingestellt, die Badtür schließt nicht richtig. Keine Heizung im Bad, der Boiler tropfte permanent und setze Teile des Bades Unterwasser. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, was schon etwas ekligt ist wenn mehre Personen nacheinander duschen wollen. Im Wohnzimmer gab es nur eine kleine Elektroheizung. Der Fußboden ist eiskalt (Ende Mai kann es nachts noch sehr kalt sein) und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten.
