I would rate it 10 stars if they heated Jacuzzi for us. The checked in around 5 pm, we turn on heating Jacuzzi straight away and.... it only get 35 degrees (not even fully heated 40) at 10 am next day... And the check out is 11 am 😂 To be fair, it was cold outside, around 0 at night. But still. If we could stay in Jacuzzi in the evening right after we checke in, it would be way better experience.
There are other minor things that are not that great, but I would say it's ok for the price, so if not this thing with Jacuzzi I would still rate it a 10.

All facilities were well thought out .. everything including kitchen , hot water and Washing was available.
The host was quick to respond.
The location is very central.
Would definitely recommend again.
These were definitely not a deal breaker just something some guests might find useful information:
For a glamping place I had expected it to be a little more secluded. There was quite some construction going on around. Though we got really good views ..

Есть посуда для приготовления еды
1. Грязная терасса: джакузи с мусором внутри (не работает сейчас, не накрыто). Качели с терассы не убраны, просто лежат разобранные. Грязный стол на терассе, весь в пепле и пыли. Терасса заброшена.
2. Внутри холодно, заранее ничего не включали. В ванной невозможно было помыться в первый день: холодно, ледяной пол. Обогреватель можно включить только в розетку над раковиной, не безопасно, на время душа убирали его.
3. Грязно внутри: в душевой пора поменять герметик, налёт на кранах, грязный унитаз и ершик.
4. На окнах много скотча, плёнка грязная, нет красивого вида на горы из-за этого.
5. Шатаются стулья на кухне
6. Нет ограждения ступенек на парковке, случайно съехала на них, и машина застряла. В вайбере отвечали на все вопросы. Когда написала, могут ли помочь вытащить машину, прочитали и игнорировали. Помогли прохожие.
7. Дверь в домике хитро закрывается. Мы не поняли, как это сделать, позвонили алминистратору, он все объяснил и указал, что нужно читать сообщения на букинге, они об этом писали. Это было недружелюбно.
8. Нет предупреждения о самостоятельном заселении: мы останавливались на сутки и пришлось разменять крупную купюру, чтобы оставить ровную сумму,неудобно.
