The worst experience!

Absolutely nothing!!

Don't trust the pictures!! I stayed here for only one night, thankfully. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. When I arrived, the owner had someone meet me with the key and then leave immediately. Once inside, I discovered there was no electricity. I had to locate the breaker panel myself and turn the power back on, including the hot water tank. The heating did not work at all. The owner sent a video explaining how to turn it on, but even after following the instructions, it still would not work. No one came to check or resolve the issue. I ended up going to bed in a very cold apartment. The double bed had a bedspread that did not properly cover the mattress, leaving me exposed to the cold. I had to sleep in extra layers of clothing and use the blanket just to cover my feet because it was too small to cover my entire body. The cleanliness was also a concern. While sitting on the balcony, I rested my arms on the table and noticed the sleeves of my shirt became covered in black dust. To make matters worse, I was asked to return the keys to a different address that was not conveniently located near the apartment and had to drag my luggage with me. Overall, this was the worst accommodation experience I have had. The apartment was dirty, not properly prepared for guests, and the owner made little effort to ensure a comfortable stay.

Tutto il resto, purtroppo. La gestione delle chiavi è stata pessima: il punto di ritiro è lontano dall’appartamento e le informazioni ricevute erano incomplete o errate (nel nostro caso il numero civico comunicato su whatsapp era sbagliato). Siamo arrivati di notte e abbiamo passato più di mezz’ora a provare tutti i portoni nei dintorni senza sapere quale fosse quello giusto. Dall’agenzia non rispondeva nessuno, nonostante avessimo chiesto in anticipo di poter ritirare almeno le chiavi prima dell’orario di check-in, visto che avremmo finito di lavorare tardi. L’appartamento, per la nostra esperienza, è stato molto deludente: molto freddo, senza sistemi di riscaldamento funzionanti e molto poco curato. Sul letto c’era solo il coprimaterasso, senza lenzuola (abbiamo fatto foto al nostro arrivo). Considerato il prezzo pagato, ci aspettavamo tutt’altro. Davvero sconsigliato.

Bien

L’appartement est un peu dans un style ancien, le mobilier est très vieux. Mais ça allait, pour nous c’était correct, il n’est pas loin de la plage. L’appartement a une terrasse qui nous convenait. Dans l’ensemble, l’appartement est bien. J’espère que nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.
