I strongly do not recommend this accommodation. This is not a place where you can rest!!!
The person communicated exclusively in writing. Calls were not answered. They demanded payment for the city fee exclusively online. We insisted on paying in cash, as there was no money on the card. We were told that only online. Otherwise, they will not tell where the room keys are. We had to solve the problem while traveling on the train.As soon as we paid the city tax, we were told where to get the keys and everything. There was no feedback. No one answered our calls and messages.
A dirty towel hung in the room, there was no Wi-Fi. The router was nowhere to be found. The washing machine does not work. The air conditioner does not work. There are no mosquito nets. Returning from the sea, you find yourself in hell: mosquitoes, stuffiness, wet and slippery floors, wet towels. After such an experience, I will look for housing where contact with living people will definitely be possible. All payments in fact, live.

Il festival..............bellissimo!!!
TUTTO, la stanza puzzava di fumo, sporca e piena di polvere con coperte e piumini vecchi macchiati e puzzolenti. Impianto elettrico da galera, con fili scoperti sopra lo specchio del bagno, interruttore rotto e ciabatta per la tv volante. Abbiamo dormito con una sensazione di sporco, e con una porta che non poteva chiudersi dall'interno, quindi aperta. Se non ci sarebbe stato il festival era una stanza da €50, pagata la modica cifra di €500 x due notti. P.S. spero che utilizzerete parte del mio pagamento per una bonifica e disinfestazione totale della "SUITE". Saluti a Sanremo.

Pessimo !
Niente
Il personale maleducato e poco cordiale , la casa è umida e non funzionava il riscaldamento , la pulizia è scarsa , nessuna accoglienza dall’agenzia e non disposti ad aiutare in caso di necessità, il Wi-Fi c’è ma nonostante le ripetute richieste di ricevere la password non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta ne assistenza . Terribile non consiglio a nessuno .
