Booked for en-suite, but got a room with shared bathroom

I wasn’t able to lock my room from the outside. If I wanted to leave, I had to take my belongings with me because the room wasn’t secure. However, I could lock the door from the inside. Additionally, I booked an en-suite room but was given a room with a shared bathroom instead — very disappointing!

Più pessimo di così un appartamento non si trova

Tutto pessimo arrivo il 15 e chiamo la struttura per il codice dell'appartamento Lost me lo invia apro non le dico lo schifo che c'era la cucina una puzza piatti pentole ammucchiate sporche apro la mia stanza o meglio quella che doveva essere la mia stanza letto disfatto sporco asciugamani puzzolenti bagno sporco la porta del bagno sporca di cacca non le dico chiamo Lost mi dice mi dispiace le cambio appartamento mi manda da un'altra parte arrivo lì ero stanchissima ho visto che il letto c'era fatto e sono andata da mio figlio quando sono rientrata volevo sistemare la mia roba apro i cassetti sporchi pieni di briciole grissini è l'ultimo cassetto la goccia proprio che ha fatto traboccare il vaso una pipetta che chi era stato nell'appartamento prima di me usava per la droga poi riscaldamenti spenti un freddo da morire Ho usato le bottiglie di acqua vuote con acqua calda per scaldarmi l'ho avvisato gli ho inviato le foto di quello che c'era nel cassetto e anche che giù in cucina era tutto un disordine sporcizia dappertutto l'indomani avrebbe fatto pulire però in camera non c'è venuto nessuno a togliere quello schifo dopo due giorni mi manda un messaggio che dalle ore 10 alle ore 11 di andare via dalla camera perché sarebbe passato un ispettore e di lasciare in ordine la camera pensa un po' rientro alle 11:30 non era ancora entrato nessuno in camera dopo un po' sento bussare Ecco l'ispettore a controllato ha fatto le foto gli ho detto del disagio del freddo giustamente ed è andato lui ad attaccare i riscaldamenti ma io in otto giorni non ho avuto il piacere di vedere la faccia di questo padrone dell'appartamento comunque non lo consiglio a nessuno eppure è un peccato perché come posizione sia il primo che il secondo sono si può dire vicino al centro cinque minuti a piedi a me dispiace come ho detto anche a lui che le persone che affittano una camera il primo impatto deve essere ordine e pulizia cosa che non sanno...
