Nothing, waiting an hour at the door, trying to contact the management, no reply no response, very unprofessional service.

quiet room, cold uninviting living space.

The quiet. The room was comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom- it was too dark. Cleanness of the shared facilities. The heating was not on long enough to keep you warm. The rubbish in the kitchen was overfilled and not sure who or what should be done.- would have expected that daily someone would come to maintain the property. The bathroom was also needing to clean the shower and toilet more often. Had to provide my own toilet paper.

It was OK I suppose for the price but I would put more thought into the room itself like having a headboard bedside cabinets chest of drawers

Cleaner need to pay more attention to detail the window sill was filthy surfaces need to be polished instead of half wiped The facilities like the washing machine was left full of beding and so was the dryer and bags of garbage left in the kitchen not very good

Other guests coming in at 4 am, making a lot of noise No hand soap in toilet Other guests are not cleaning up after use I had to keep locking the rear door as other guests kept unlocking it, leaving the house vulnerable to people walking in. I even take all my property out of the unit daily just in case.
