Other guests coming in at 4 am, making a lot of noise
No hand soap in toilet
Other guests are not cleaning up after use
I had to keep locking the rear door as other guests kept unlocking it, leaving the house vulnerable to people walking in.
I even take all my property out of the unit daily just in case.

The quiet. The room was comfortable.
The lighting in the bathroom- it was too dark.
Cleanness of the shared facilities.
The heating was not on long enough to keep you warm.
The rubbish in the kitchen was overfilled and not sure who or what should be done.- would have expected that daily someone would come to maintain the property.
The bathroom was also needing to clean the shower and toilet more often. Had to provide my own toilet paper.
